On behalf of Alabeo, we’re pleased to announce the Piper PA22 Tri Pacer for both X-Plane 11.51 and X-Plane 11.The Pacer was essentially a four-place version of the two-place PA-17 Vagabond light aircraft. It features a steel tube fuselage and an aluminum frame wing, covered with fabric, much like Piper’s most famous aircraft, the Cub and Super Cub. An aircraft prized for its ruggedness, spacious cabin, and, for its time, impressive speed, many Pacers continue to fly today.

The Piper PA-20 Pacer was originally designed as a tailwheel aircraft and thus had somewhat limited forward visibility on the ground and more demanding ground-handling characteristics. To help introduce more pilots to easier, safer flying, from February 1951, Piper introduced the PA-22 Tri-Pacer with a nosewheel instead of the tailwheel landing gear.

Lets look at the features list of the modeled Piper PA22:
– Custom sounds
– Superb material shines and reflections (full PBR in XP11).
– Volumetric side view prop effect.
– High quality 3D model and textures.
– Blank texture for creating your own designs
– Accurately reproduced flight characteristics
– 64-bit
– FPS-optimized model

Don’t forget the for this PA22 an Internet connection is required for installing this product. More information can be found at the dedicated Alabeo web page.
