Take the Survey
You may now participate in the biggest and most comprehensive flight simulation survey to date! Get your favorite drink, sit down and take a moment with this link:

https://www.navigraph.com/flightsimsurvey2018?source=navigraph.

The survey, the third of its kind, aims to gauge the prevailing flight simulation trends and users’ requests for future development. It runs beteen 9-25 of November 2018 and is a collaboration with several major addon developers and organizations within the flight simulation community.

Topics
Like previous years, this survey has an emphasis on the major flight simulators such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, Lockheed Martin Prepar3D and Laminar Research X-Plane, but does not assume that IFR is of primary interest. Furthermore, the survey has in depth questions regarding novelties such as Virtual Reality and Free Route Airspace. It also goes further into investigating the users’ choices when selecting aircraft and scenery addons.

Largest Reach Ever
The reach and number of respondents will be larger than ever before for a survey of this type since the link to this survey will be ciruclated among the users, members and customers of the collaborating developers and organizations. Because of the overlap we do not know the total number of unique recipients yet, but it will certainly in the hundereds of thousands. Subsequently, the results are going to be representative and very useful to the community.

The results of the survey will be available to the developers and organizations participating to this survey on the 13th of December. On the 17th of December the results will presented to the community on https://www.navigraph.com/flightsimsurvey2018 but also by the addon developers and organizations participating to this survey to the extent they wish to do so.

It’s not only the number of respondents that matter – but also the mix. Who flies mainly General Aviation? Do we have any combat pilots? What about those who mainly do ATC? If you hang out in a forum, or have a lot of flightsim friends, we do appreciate if you spread this link. We want everyone represented and accounted for.
