We’re pleased to inform you that Freddy De Pues from NAPS gives us the approval to add one of his new airports to the X-Plained Florida collection and the update of a couple of other Floridian airports.
Let’s start with the new Floridian airport Punta Gorda for X-Plane 10.51 and 11.
Punta Gorda Airport (IATA: PGD, ICAO: KPGD, FAA LID: PGD) is a public airport three miles southeast of Punta Gorda, in Charlotte County, Florida. It is owned by the Charlotte County Airport Authority and was formerly called Charlotte County Airport. The airport has mainly been used by single engine and small jet aircraft, but has recently seen more scheduled airline service, with numerous flights offered by Allegiant Air, and some by Frontier Airlines.
As always, worth to download from our dedicated protected download page. Protected means only for registered simmers!
Next in row the updated NAPS airport; KNPA NAS Pensacola Forrest Sherman Field. New to this updated version 8.0 airport is OLS (meatball) with aircraft carrier markings by KAZ Nakata. Check it out at our dedicated download page.
@Angelique – Thanks for letting us know about the updates!
@jc55jc/Joe – The effort to collect and use these libraries is worth the effort as Freddy De Pue’s work is very nice. Check the log.txt file and look for lines that contain SCN:, it will tell you what was loaded and what is missing. Happy Flying!
To Whom It May Concern,
Have downloaded many of the Freddy De Pues sceneries, and when I attempt to open them in XP11, many times (more times than not) a message comes up stating that there is a conflict and the scenery may not look correct. The latest example is KPGD Punta Gorda Airport.
What can I do to solve this issue.
Sincerely,
Joseph Correia

Did you install the libraries needed to run KPGD and do you have them in the right order in the scenery_pack.ini file? This file always tells you what’s missing, in this case the libraries.
Thank you for the response.
I reinstalled all the required libraries and the result is the same.
They are in the right order.
Can you reply with your scenery_pack.ini contents in it?
I will be glad to but I have attempted to attach the file to this reply and I cannot.
How do I do that
