As you might know, this weekend (November 5th a/d 6th) we had in the Aviodrome, Lelystad Airprot (EHLE) the yearly held FSWeekend.
Today, Sunday November 6th, I visited this flight simulator event after being out for a couple of years. I had this time some good reasons to go there. I was curious to see the X-Plane 11 presentation, given by Marty Arant and Philipp Muenzel from Laminar Research.
Further on, I needed to visit the DutchFS and NL2000 booth to meet my dear friend and well-known painter/artist Leen de Jager. Although the NL2000 booth is dedicated to photo-real sceneries for Microsoft FSX and not to X-Plane, but as I mentioned a while ago, I have plans to create with the help of my friend Marc Leydecker Texel Airport (EHTX) and want to have the whole island with photo-real textures included. Asking the NL2000 team for advice would be a good moment.
And what else to see?
I’ll what happens, but one thing I knew before and that was making photos of the FSWeekend. With pleasure I present to you a couple of these photos here at X-Plained. Enjoy!
