On behalf of Just Flight we’re pleased to be able to announce the release of Traffic Global for X-Plane 11 (Windows version). It’s been a while coming but we’re now there and the latest in our Traffic programs is available for X-Plane now.
Traffic Global provides high quality animated AI aircraft models in authentic airline liveries and with full 3D sound and lighting and effects. Installation is simple and the software is ready to run ‘out the box’.
Traffic Global comes with 65 aircraft types and over 860 liveries covering most of the world’s airlines. Over 600,000 flights are included by default and these cover more than 3,000 global airports with complex, multi-point, multi-day flight schedules. New or altered aircraft liveries can be easily added and do not require any additional configuration.
Traffic Global loads everything in the background and is usually ready to go as soon as your flight starts. Even with hundreds of AI aircraft on screen and more being simulated nearby, simulator performance is barely affected.
Want to know everything about it? Then you must check out the dedicated Just Flight Traffic Global web page.

Angelique, is X-Plained planning on reviewing Traffic Global? Or has anyone reading this note tried it in X-Plane? Before I plunk down $53, I’m curious how it compares to World Traffic 3 (the traffic add-on I currently use). I’ve read Just Flight’s glowing promotional info, but would love an actual user’s “real-world” perspective.
—Thanks!
Hi Michael, I hoep indeed that other read this too since X-Plained would love to write a review however, we’re all – Bruce, Andy and Myself – on Mac while Traffic Global is only for Windows which disappoints me by the way. I do have a VM running on my macOS, but I think this won’t work. So hopefully another can came up with detailed personal experience. And yes, fully understandable that you have now WT3 and would like to know if it’s worth to buy it or just stick with WT3!
